About
Built on the inside
The Decision Room was founded by practitioners who have sat on both sides of the table. We have run procurement processes for major sports organisations, and helped suppliers navigate them. Now we bring what happens inside the room to everyone who needs it.
Our mission
Sport procurement is broken. Mid-tier organisations run tenders without process or consistency. Suppliers write proposals based on assumptions, not buyer criteria. The result: wasted time, poor decisions, and avoidable conflict.
The Decision Room exists to fix the market upstream, before tenders go out, and before bids come in. We sit entirely outside live procurement processes. We have no access to live tenders. We protect full independence at every stage.
Our model is simple: suppliers learn how buyers think. Buyers learn how to attract better proposals. Both sides benefit. No commission. No conflict. Fixed fees only.
Our experience
Our insight is built on direct procurement experience across some of sport's most recognisable institutions, and applies across every sport and every market.
Our principles
Fully independent
We sit outside live tenders. We do not advise on tactics or comment on competitors. Our value comes from objectivity.
No commission. No conflict.
Fixed fees only. We have no financial interest in the outcome of any tender. Our reputation depends on giving honest assessments.
Expert-led, human judgement
Every assessment is led by practitioners who have sat on real evaluation panels. Technology helps us work at scale, but judgement and experience are always human, and a person makes the final call.
Built for the mid-tier
We focus on the organisations and suppliers that have been underserved, not the elite end of the market that already has procurement teams.
